Business Growth Advisor, CEO
I’m Adrienne Graham, serial entrepreneur, investor, and CEO & Founder of Mogul Chix (a global company and community for Female Founders (especially Women of Color) of high growth companies). My mission is to build confidence, leadership & PROFITABILITY in Female Founders. I am solely focused on delivering powerful & measurable results; providing direct strategies to achieve next level success; open the eyes, ears, minds and hearts to new ways of doing business; and making the uncomfortable comfortable. I’m building MOGULS who build 7, 8 and 9+ figure COMPANIES.
I’ve been called a badass Strategic Business Growth Advisor who helps grown ass businesswomen build grown ass companies. I’m a disrupter not afraid to aim high & I never want to be the smartest person in the room. I’ve been creating learning platforms for women in business since the early 2000’s.
I saw there was a huge gap between the number of women-founded companies and male founded companies getting investment dollars. I noticed an even deeper problem for women of color getting access to investment dollars. Knowing that building solid, sustainable growth companies was key to attracting investment dollars, I set out to create a platform and community for women to do just that.
I work with women to grow, scale & make their companies investment ready. I works with clients in creating processes, systems and strategies to effectively scale, run, grow and position them for success. I created Mogul Chix Academy, a structured growth accelerator for female founders, and Mogul Chix Chat, a business talk podcast providing weekly doses of growth tips, a motivational word, the occasional read (when necessary) and conversations with successful high-earning, high-achieving entrepreneurs.
Armed with 24 years of business and entrepreneurial experience, my background includes staffing & HR, diversity, operations planning, product & service optimization, revenue planning, tech & digital platforms, customer experience design, training, business growth, global expansion and content production. I’ve been featured in publications, radio and TV shows including Black Enterprise Magazine, Forbes Magazine, Inc Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, Fox Business, MSNBC, Essence Magazine, Fortune Magazine, Financial Times and more.
I’m an award winning radio show host, published author, speaker, a former mentor for the Straight Shot Accelerator in Omaha, NE, and former contributor to Forbes.

Radiance Harris, Esq
I’m Radiance Harris, Esq. I’m an award-winning trademark attorney and entrepreneur. As the founder and managing attorney of Radiance IP Law, LLC, I help small and emerging businesses protect, monetize, and leverage profitable brands with trademarks so that they can establish legal ownership and protection, distinguish themselves from competitors, and prevent theft.
I started my legal career at one of the world’s largest law firms where I counseled and represented Fortune 200 companies on all aspects of trademark law. After working at a big law firm for several years, I transitioned to a smaller reputable intellectual property boutique law firm and did the same kind of work. Although I loved the work that I did and the awesome clients I served, I realized that I was not a fan of the traditional law firm or billable hour model, and neither were my clients. Therefore, I launched my own law practice, Radiance IP Law, to offer big law firm expertise and experience to small and emerging businesses at a fraction of the cost.
I focus my dynamic practice on trademark law. I’ve been recognized as a leader in the intellectual property law field and the legal community both locally and nationally. Unlike other attorneys, I offer unique flat rate options that allow my clients to get more work for less money than if they were paying me by the hour. I am able to deliver quality Big Law-caliber services to my clients for less money. I am barred in Maryland and the District of Columbia, but I work with clients nationwide because trademark law is a federal practice.
Area of Expertise: IP Law, Trademark Protection
I’m Amiah Sheppard and I focus on founders that use their uniqueness to get their companies funding. Through Sheppard Consulting Group, I provide the tools and resources for founders to position their company for funding immediately. In addition to being an in-demand Pitch Coach, I’m also an angel investor and active advisor. In leveraging my expertise to help accelerate a company’s growth exponentially, I help founders tackle the bottlenecks that keep them from organizational success.
I specialize in bridging the digital divide for companies focusing on their customer engagement and marketing, strategy, operations, and capital efficiency strategies. Before devoting my work full time to founder education, I led investments and accelerated 24 underrepresented founders, plus helped invest and support 100 other underrepresented founders internationally at a $7 million dollar venture fund. After that experience, I took that knowledge and ran a pro-bono accelerator at a legacy nonprofit in South LA for 6 local startups and small businesses.
Recognized as an innovative and passionate thought leader in tech, I was featured on HBCU.vc’s 2019 30 under 30 The Future of Venture Capital. I am a member of Columbia University Venture Community, LAVA, and BlackVC, and in 2019, I was voted Visionary Investor of the Year via VentureFuel.
